APN Software Services, Inc is Hiring a Coordinator, Global Communications Near Columbus, OH
The Global Communications Coordinator is an integral part of the team and provides support to the Global Communications & Social team. This role requires diligent attention to detail as it involves supporting the team across various Influencer Marketing efforts including seeding, sourcing, and reporting, as well as owning team admin and cross-functional communications across the three Orveon brands. OverarchingPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise cross-functionally with internal creative, marketing, education, and social teams.
Support creative strategic ideation for new launch initiatives including events, campaigns, and mailings.
Seeding
Support the team with seeding programming and logistics associated, including creative ideation, coordinating with vendors and ensuring mailings go out in a timely manner.
Ideate and draft all copy for seeding brochures and notecards.
Reporting
Oversee Influencer platform and manage needs for US team specifically.
Own weekly competitive intel report highlighting takeaways from current events, collaborations, and social news.
Provide ad-hoc support with influencer analytics for global markets.
Influencer Management
Oversee master influencer database by managing address updates and adding new relevant partners.
Begin to own influencer relationships and communicate frequently with influencers to continue to strengthen brand love.
Assist team with vetting and sourcing global influencers for market needs.
Agency support
Coordinate with outside agencies on all projects ensuring they receive product launch information in a timely manner.
Support with inventory management.
Admin
Liaise with team on all shipping matters.
Pack and send ad-hoc mailings in office.
Responsible for product ordering & budget recording.
Manage team's shared Public Relations email address for inquiries.
Manage product forecasting and budget tracking for all seeding initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor's degree required.
2 years in influencer marketing field, preferably in beauty.
Integrated knowledge of digital landscape.
Strong creative copywriting skills.
Positive attitude and passion for beauty, influencers & pop culture.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Strong project and time management skills.
Collaborative attitude and nimbleness.
Willingness to take initiative and dive into new projects to achieve a common goal.
Plus: have relationships with digital influencers, beauty vloggers and bloggers, fashion tastemakers, digital editors, key media players and channel-specific social influencers within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
