Title: User Experience Research CoordinatorDuration: 6 months [the possibility of temp to hire] Location: Dublin, CA 94568 Is this role open to remote workers: Yes Hours: Standard 40 hours Job Title: UX Research coordinator The UX Research coordinator will help UX research efforts by 1) scheduling TriNet customers for usability studies - by calling/emailing from a list of customers approved by CRM team. 2) The candidate in this role will also manage the customer database for UX research studies 3) There is a possibility of temp to hire Job DescriptionUser Experience Research Coordinator Job Summary/OverviewThe User Experience (UX) Research Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the UX research team by recruiting, scheduling, and managing UX research participants. This individual will partner with different teams and must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Core Responsibilities IncludeManaging and tracking recruitment and participation in multiple research studies simultaneously Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of UX research studies Supporting the UX team in conducting research Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesThe UX Research Coordinator will: Recruit participants for multiple UX research studies simultaneously by inviting participants via email and/or phone and following up with them Participate in or lead initiatives to build a database of external customers Manage a database of internal colleagues and external customers who have been contacted, have participated, have not shown up or who have cancelled, and who have expressed interest in participating in future studies Using the database, ensure that we're not contacting the same people more than once per quarter Manage bookings (e.g., Microsoft Bookings) Complete and submit forms to request assistance from various internal teams Identify opportunities to streamline UX research processes Multi-task and manage competing priorities Experience And SkillsAt least 1-3 years professional experience in project management and/or administrative responsibilities Strong writing ability and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently Willingness to identify areas for improvement and deliver results in a highly organized manner Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite (e.g., Word, Outlook Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of customer interaction/engagement Able to be diplomatic when working with internal stakeholders, partners and customers Self-starter who isn't afraid to ask for help Capable of producing clear and precise documentation Excel at working cross-functionally with team members from UX, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, etc. EducationAn undergraduate degree is preferred but we are open to highly-skilled candidates with strong administrative and/or project management experience Nice To HaveExperience with UX research operations Experience with process improvement Experience using participant and research management software (e.g., UserZoom, Salesforce) or willingness to learn how to use it Experience or willingness to learn about how to manage and store data from UX research studies Experience advocating for UX research and/or conducting training in UX research
