Position
Apogee's ideal Instructional Designer will require experience in designing and developing adult learning. (not instructing) ISD certification is preferred, but not required. If you love Instructional Designing, then you'll love Apogee and this position!
Required Technologies/Tools
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing adult learning
- Proficiency experience in ADDIE
- Experienced with time management and working on multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Experiential Adult Learning, Professional Adult Instruction, or closely related field
- Skilled in identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement
