Apolis is Hiring an Associate Laboratory Technician Near Marysville, OH
This team works on different beverage products. This individual will be working in a general scientific lab and will be optimizing and performing experiments. Preparing samples, testing samples, setting up tastings, cleaning the environment and doing technical tasting before the product goes to sensory.
This team needs someone who is very methodical, comfortable working closely with scientists, and brings an energetic comfortability to the team.
Main tasks/responsibilities
- Receive, process and track analytical sample requests
- Communicate with project managers to obtain necessary information
- Coordinate analyses with other Analytical Section analysts
- Perform routine in-house chemical and physical testing
- Monitor and maintain basic analytical equipment
- Maintain the laboratory in a safe, clean environment
- Accurately document analytical analysis
- Comply with Client's Integrated Management System and all other company policies and procedures
- Associate degree or B.S. in a Science related field with one year related experience or High School Diploma (or GED) with three years related experience
