Location- Jefferson, WI (Onsite)

Pay Rate - $70-75/Hour on w2

-This position is 100% onsite based out of Jefferson, WI (No exceptions for WFH)
-Please note: This is a 2nd shift position (Monday-Sunday; 6X10=60 hours). Schedule could shift to (re)allocate resources as needed. Overtime pay 1.5X
-Local candidates preferred, but open to relocation if they have true intentions to relocate
-Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Requires many miles of daily walking through a construction site

The team is looking for a Construction Manager (2nd shift) to support the Jefferson expansion project. MUST HAVE: Strong MEP construction experience (multi-million dollar capex projects) in the food and/or industrial manufacturing industry.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The CM is the point of contact over all site construction activities for CapEx projects or one large project using high level communication to inform engineering, the plant staff of site construction and safety activities. They will also have the technical background to prepare and support EWO s, EVM, QIS tools that provide input for project cost reports via SAP.

SKILLS:
1. Thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology. This includes but is not limited to; BIM 360 and BIM Field, File Sharing Systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), Cx Alloy, Pet Pro, SAP, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Project, Access, One Note, etc.)
2. Must possess strong decision-making abilities
3. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Requires many miles of daily walking through a construction site
4. Must able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
5. Must be able to handle numerous technical, commercial, and administrative skills
6. Thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design and Construction, Scheduling, Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis is required
7. Must be highly articulate, have a clear and analytical approach to solving problems
8. Steel toe shoes are required and to be provided at own expense. Other safety gear will be provided by the facility
