Job Duration: 5 months ( Temp To Hire For Right Fit)

Pay Rate - 25/hr. on W2

Shift: Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5PM

Hybrid worker; must come to Sparks MD location Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, IDS Contract Execution (Baltimore), this position is responsible for processing Instrumented and Manual Micro consumable contracts, including maintaining accurate contract pricing and membership, including working with Master Data to get accounts created or updated. This information is provided to customers, distributors, and to both internal and external ** FSales and in response to direct and indirect inquiries.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract membership, making changes or additions to membership based on Approved Business Requests. Perform membership comparisons, identifying any gaps, and communication to request for executing in SAP. Submit requests for new members; upgrade members; and update members.
  • Maintain contract pricing, making changes or additions to pricing based on Approved Business Requests. Perform price comparisons, identifying any gaps, and communicating to requestor before executing in SAP.
  • Collaborate with Contract Execution Analyst & Manager and Marketing & Sales Teams in relation to questions/issues/process before contract pricing and memberships are executed in SAP.
  • Manage and complete instrument orders for IDS Veritor capital equipment and consumable agreements, collaborating primarily with Contract Execution Analyst and Contract Consultants but may include Finance, Service Contracts, Compensation, Business Analytics, and Technical Services. Ensure all final documents are attached for audit purposes.
  • Load and process new business/renewal contracts efficiently and accurately to meet customer expectations and service levels. Ensure that proper guidelines and approvals are received, as defined by the Business units.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree desired or equivalent experience acceptable
  • 3 years’ experience in commercial contract operations and/or related areas
  • General understanding of the end-to-end commercial contract operations management
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.com, to include running reports.
  • Proficient technical skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, Chrome, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and customer centric skills in order to adapt to customer needs while maintaining ** values
  • Math skills to include working with percentages.
  • Efficient and accurate typing skills, especially with numbers.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of principles of key business metrics and analytical techniques/tools, including their application in effective contract execution
  • Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to evaluate issues, resolve, and offer solution.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage a variable work load and meet schedules with accurate results
  • Ability to work well independently in a hybrid team environment, be self-motivated and multi task while achieving expectations
