- Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve observability tools, primarily SolarWinds
- Tuning, creating alerts and dashboards
- Expanding the scope of monitoring as the organization grows and matures
- Serve in a versatile, cross-functional role, potentially as a technical product owner, scrum master, and developer
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with SolarWinds and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Experience in observability engineering, technical product ownership, and cross-functional roles
- Strong development skills, especially in areas like Python or JavaScript, to help build custom dashboards and integrations
