As a Sales Management Lead, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales team while receiving hands-on training from our seasoned executive leaders. You'll master customer acquisition strategies, execute field marketing campaigns, and eventually lead a team for our telecommunications program across the Seattle market.
Responsibilities of a Sales Management Lead:

• Initiate the sales process by engaging with customers to showcase new telecommunications offerings
• Drive revenue through closing sales, building referral pipelines, and fostering brand loyalty
• Promote our partner's latest products and services through daily promotions and marketing efforts
• Transition to a Senior Level Account Manager role, overseeing the sales cycle and team development
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Train new team members on company systems and procedures
• Enhance customer service skills to build lasting business relationships and represent the company positively

Minimum Qualifications of a Sales Management Lead:
