Job Description:

Client is looking for Business Analyst.

• 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet tolling needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tolling solutions
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of tolling processes, procedures, and systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of tolling solutions into Azure DevOps environment
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure Agile methodology is followed
• Identify and document process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or Jira if they can figure out ADO on their own, because no one will teach them)
• Knows how to enter user stories, bugs, enhancements and burndown in ADO
• Strong documentation skills (User Stories, BRD, FRD, etc.)
• Application development technical knowledge to define system requirements
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Strong skills gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
• UAT and test scripts/cases
• Proactive, and self-managed
