Apos® calibration technician is involved in physically assisting patients with their Apos device and are responsible for the calibration. The Technician attends to patients at their homes or place of work and ensures that patients receive their custom calibrated medical device. This position will provide skills to continue your career with AposHealth® as we double our size each year.

Job Nature:
The Calibration Tech will oversee the calibration of Apos® devices and ensure excellent customer service during Apos® deliveries. This role involves visiting patients both at their homes and workplaces, with clinical guidance provided by Apos® Physical Therapists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Communicate with Apos Team and patients over the phone/text/email.
· Commute to patient’s homes and work events.
· Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain all equipment, including video systems before and during patient care.
· Physically assist patients with their APOS device (putting on and off).
· Use EMR for record keeping.
· Support remote clinical staff with hand-on patient care.
· Provide outstanding customer service.
· Have functional knowledge of the day’s schedule and thorough inventory of the supplies and equipment required for the day’s treatment.
· Perform other duties as required.
Required skills and abilities.
· Preferred: More than 1 year of experience in healthcare.
· Experience managing a team
· Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
· Provide technical support.
· Ability to travel locally
· Maintain professional demeanor towards patients, visitors, and families.
· Follow clinical directions administered remotely.
· Demonstrate empathy and compassion when communicating with patients.
· Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
