Are you ready to join a team passionate about the customer experience? We are looking for a qualified IT Technician for our 40 stores in the Southeast.
This position will work with our company, specifically our store associates and warehouse employees as tier one technical support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical difficulties that may arise in a timely and efficient manner. This position will also help with new technical rollouts and projects; being the hands on support for our stores and warehouse.
Our IT Technician must be proficient or willing to learn in the following areas:
POS hardware including card readers, receipt and tag printers,scanners, etc. IOS devices
Routers Access points
Microsoft products
Cable management and wiring Basic security systems
General networking including hardwired and wireless network
Professional Audio/Visual experience including mounting TVs and setting up and maintaining commercial sound systems.
Voice over IP phone systems
The technician should also be proficient or willing to learn any software that may coincide with our store's technical/hardware setup.
Must have great communication skills, this position will take messages and calls from our 30 stores as it relates to the scope of work.
Must be willing to travel to stores and work on-site.
As well, this position may work cooperatively with a number of other companies relating to the IT position including network security, hardware onboarding, etc.
This position will be Monday – Friday with some weekend work as required.
