Job Description:

We are in search of a dedicated ___ (Reputation Manager )____ to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our online presence across various platforms including Leafly, Yelp, and Google. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating content, monitoring online reviews, and implementing strategies to boost digital visibility on assigned platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly update and maintain our profiles on Leafly, Yelp, and Google.
• Monitor customer reviews and ensure they are being responded to in a timely and professional manner with the help of the customer service team.
• Analyze feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all online information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve online visibility and brand reputation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• In charge of creating Google My Business, Yelp, and Leafly accounts for new store openings.
• Possess a deep understanding of localized SEO practices to optimize our online presence within specific geographic areas.
