Job Role: M365 Service Engineering Support:Location: Redmond, WA (onsite from day 1 )ContractRequirementsHandle escalations for Microsoft Teams, Mesh, and Viva services.
Manage and resolve tickets, ranging from single-user issues to global incidents.
Support both corporate and Federal tenants (US citizenship required).
Collaborate with Product Groups on new features, tooling, and processes.
Assist with 3rd party integrations like ComputerTalk and Genesys.
Exchange SupportManage Request Fulfillments for Exchange services, including mailbox migrations and junk bypass requests.Handle up to 1588 mailbox migrations and 1076 dumpster quota updates monthly.
Support Venture Integration projects and identify automation opportunities.
Regional Telecom EngineeringDeploy and manage voice infrastructure and services in Microsoft offices/data centers.
Configure and maintain TEAMs and Client/ATA systems.
Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and corporate standards.
Manage global M&R contracts and provide operational support.
Service Tooling & Automation EngineeringLead a hybrid team with onshore and offshore engineers.
Develop automation solutions using Graph API, Power Platform, Data Factory, SQL, PowerShell, and Azure functions.
Maintain SOPs and service documentation to reduce Tier III support volumes.
Handle Major Incident (MI) management and reporting.
