Job Title: Product ManagerLocation: RemoteJob Type: 12 Months Job Description
  • Define and implement the short-term roadmap and long-term engagement model for executing on member facing digital integrations.
  • Accountability and prioritization over execution and delivery of the digital product roadmap for member experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, in a fast paced, agile environment and be responsible for conception, design, development, delivery, maintenance, and evolution of the customer experience including translating business and user needs into product features.
  • Review, analyze, collect and take action on qualitative and quantitative findings from Customer Satisfaction Surveys, user testing and additional customer feedback loops including Adobe analytics, performance monitoring etc.
  • Write and breakdown epics independently. Write and review detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types.
  • Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog.
  • Ensure key personas are identified, created, developed, and utilized effectively for multiple product areas. Additionally, mentor team when needed.
  • Mentor, understand, and drive User Experience (UX) research and design to craft high-quality, engaging user experiences.
  • Participate and engage in agile ceremonies; facilitate those required for product artifacts as they support product outcomes.
  • Demonstrate high-level understanding of technical concepts and architectural impact.
  • Perform as a product area SME to educate others on product.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure delivery of the aligned product outcomes.
