-Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner
-Scheduling patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation
-Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately and efficiently
-Input documents and information into the electronic medical record
-Successful candidate should be very professional, punctual, reliable and accountable for quality of their work; be warm, kind and friendly yet efficient and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Obtain insurance information from patients, process patient billings, and collect payments
-Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations daily
-Send information as requested by insurance companies such as x-rays, charting, narratives, and other documentation for processing the claim when applicable
-Dental office experience required
