Apple Autos is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The role of a Sales Coordinator is to be a consultant and product expert for our customers while providing exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do

  • Generate new and pre-owned vehicle prospects by performing outreach to existing sales and service customers.
  • Willingness to learn new sales and follow-up techniques to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Constantly enhance phone skills, word tracks, emails, texts, follow-up and closing strategies. Learn new and creative ways to perform customer outreach and close sales.
  • Become confident in our software and customer relationship management programs to facilitate outreach to customers and perform consistent follow-up.
  • Attention to detail is extremely important, consistently enter notes on conversations and correspondence.
  • Be a vehicle expert on all vehicles, complete on-going training on all options, technology, pricing, and financing.
  • Responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for the sales team. Complete initial contact via phone, e-mail, text, and in-person in the service drive. Gauge interest in upgrading to a new vehicle, hand off to the sales team. Consistently follow all procedures during the process for entering leads, notes and handoff to sales team.
  • Set monthly goals and forecasts with manager for customer outreach, appointments, and sold units.
  • Constantly enhance the customer experience, even if they don’t purchase a vehicle, these are our existing customers.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
