Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team who will grow our brand of Apple Spice in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will actively seek and engage potential clients, while also ensuring to develop and maintain positive existing customer relationships. Flexible schedule but ideal schedule is 8 am - 2:30 pm Mon - Thursday

Duties:

• Make menu packets and cookie/bread bags for marketing purposes
• Market to approximately 25-30 contacts per day
• Follow up on daily marketing contacts
• Conduct tasting presentations with potential customers
• Provide quote for customers
• Perform call backs on deliveries from each day's sales
• Follow up on building relationships with top customers
• Document all customer service contacts in CRM system
• Communicate with manager about tastings and marketing logistics
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Use own vehicle to travel around San Antonio (reimburse mileage)
• Valid driver's license in good standing and current auto insurance coverage required
• Professional attire to represent Apple Spice to businesses
• Any other job tasks directed by manager

Desired Skills and Experience

• 2 years sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Comfortable with cold calling and using existing previous customer list to generate new orders
