Apple Tree Academy is looking for qualified, talented, and fun Teachers who are enthusiastic about child development and learning. Our teachers must be motivated, have a great love and patience for children. Our teachers must also be dedicated to promoting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of the children in our care. Qualifications needed for this position include knowledge of childcare as well as the ability to engage children.

Responsibilities:
 supervise children to ensure safety at all times
 develop and implement weekly lesson plans
 maintain the daily classroom schedule
 implement different and fun ways to teach students
 frequent communication with parents regarding students’ progress
 maintain a safe, tidy and clutter free classroom
Skills:
Prior childcare experience (desired)
Understanding of the principles of child development
Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Friendly and reliable
Certification in child CPR (desired)
