Salary ranges STARTING AT $50,000 per year or MORE with elevated experience, plus MONTHLY BONUS potential for all Kitchen Managers and General Managers!

Neighborhood Restaurant Partners (NRP) is the fourth largest franchise for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar operating over 110 restaurants in Florida, Georgia & Texas.

We are an established Company successfully operating Applebee’s Grill & Bar Restaurants for over 30 years.

We are looking for experienced Kitchen Managers who focus on food safety, back of house training, culture, and cost control.

You Belong in Management at Applebee’s if you have :

• 2 years of current, full service, casual dining management experience
• 1 year of Kitchen Manager experience is needed
• An affinity to attract, lead, develop, recognize and retain the best hospitality talent
• Enthusiasm to thrive in the fast pace pressure and opportunity to solve problems on the go
• Passion for hospitality and interacting with Guests
• Sense to be "hands on" when needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand & be on your feet for 8-10 hours
