• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document and update customer interactions and information in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
