Duties include:

• Verify invoices and process payments in a timely manner
• 3-way match freight bills and research discrepancies
• Bank reconciliations and journal entries to general ledger
• Assist with month end close, audits, and financial statements
• Other special projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting
• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Bilingual in Mandarin required
• Experience in the wholesale, ecommerce, or supply chain industries preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel required (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup, etc.)
• NetSuite ERP system experience highly preferred
