Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $90-95/hr
Duration: 18-month contract, with potential to extend or convert
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Role Overview:
As a Transformation Coach, you will initially support existing transformation projects, helping lead coaches prepare, manage questions, and document activities. You will gradually own and lead your own Product Transformation efforts.
Responsibilities:

• Support lead coaches in transformation activities
• Prepare, manage, and document transformation activities
• Lead training sessions with diverse and senior stakeholders
• Document best practices from training learnings

Skills and Experience Required:

• Agile Coaching: 6 years of experience, helping teams or organizations become product-aligned and more agile
• Atlassian Tool Suite: 4-6 years of experience with JIRA and Confluence, including administration
• Product Management: Experience working on product teams within organizations
• Capital Markets: 2 years of experience
• Presentation Skills: Ability to lead large and senior audiences through transformative sessions
• Writing Skills: Strong documentation of best practices and training learnings
