Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: Hybrid (potentially 2 days per week in office)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Tuesday - Friday

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong customer service skills
• Clinic background preferred
• Experience with scheduling and answering phone calls

Job Duties:

• Administrative Tasks
• Scheduling appointments
• Using Outlook for email communication and calendar management
• Setting up rooms for eye exams
• Checking in patients for eye exams
• Customer Service: Providing excellent service, particularly in a bilingual capacity
• Event Assistance: Assisting with local events, including those at elementary schools and community events (minimal travel required)

Software Skills:
Revolution: (Training provided, no prior experience required)
Outlook: Proficiency required for scheduling and email management
