Join our team as a Bilingual Sales Agent and play a pivotal role in achieving our sales, renewal, retention, and community engagement goals. You'll utilize your expertise to consult with customers, match their needs to our products and services, and drive sales through effective lead management and networking within the community. Responsibilities:
Sales Operations:

• Provide consultative sales and service, educating customers on health, wellness, and income protection products.
• Analyze customer needs using web-based tools and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct plan comparisons, explain product benefits, and promote additional services.
• Utilize various methods (face-to-face, telephonic, electronic) to process sales and meet production targets.
• Generate leads, perform outbound calls, and manage lead pipelines to drive sales and customer retention.
• Develop and execute retention strategies for at-risk customers and schedule sales visits.
• Create and implement a business development plan, engaging with the community to support sales goals.
• Participate in local marketing, networking, and events to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders and organizations to promote retail center services.
• Travel to employer groups to assist with onsite enrollment.
• Support special events and projects within the retail center, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Greet customers warmly, assess needs, and direct them to appropriate resources.
• Maintain accurate visitor records and contribute to operational improvements.
• Conduct informational tours to educate the community on retail center offerings.
• Foster a team environment aligned with company values and mission.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Florida 240 or 215 active license mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience with health insurance products, including individual and group plans.
• Background in outside sales, business development, networking, and relationship management.
• 0-1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• High school diploma or GED.
