AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Southern Pines, NC
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Maintain general ledger accounts
Generate financial reports (e.g., income statements, balance sheets)
Prepare and track monthly/quarterly/annual closings
Manage payroll (optional, depending on company needs)
Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
Proven proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong understanding of accounting principles (general ledger, debits/credits)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in a fast-paced environment
