We are looking for a Client Coordinator to work at a Law Firm in Winter Park, FL!
$38,000-$40,000 range
Direct Hire role
Must be ok with small dogs in office.
As a Client Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the office's day-to-day operations.
Duties include:
General secretarial and clerical tasks
Handling all calls and main firm emails
Scheduling client consultations and appointments
Maintaining databases and opening new case files
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Assisting attorneys and paralegals as needed
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Performing additional duties as required, with the ability to multitask effectively
Experience & Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a legal profession setting
Proven experience with heavy scheduling
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
