Core Duties:
Lead by example in professionalism and punctuality
Prioritize cost-effectiveness, profitability, and safety in all endeavors
Champion safety initiatives and correct hazards promptly
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Assist in team training as needed
Cultivate customer relationships under the guidance of Division leadership
Identify bid opportunities and prepare accurate bids and budgets
Negotiate contracts for prospective projects
Coordinate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
Review plans for conflicts and constructability issues
Provide project packages to construction teams before preconstruction meetings
Facilitate in-house preconstruction meetings
Develop project schedules and communicate them effectively
Attend regular team meetings and project meetings as required
Conduct subcontractor outreach and maintain a comprehensive database
Ensure adherence to company policies among team members
Demonstrate flexibility during periods of increased workload
Communicate time off with Division leadership and team members in advance
Willingly work additional hours as necessary
Education/Training/Certification:
BS Degree in Design/Civil Engineering/Construction Management (Preferred) or Equivalent Experience (8 to 10 years)
OSHA Supervisor Training
First Aid/CPR Certification
Proficiency in Estimating Software such as Plan Swift, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
