Role:
Calculate time, labor, and materials for commercial, multi-family, and hospitality projects.
Provide accurate quotes and secure new contracts.
Responsibilities:
Create preliminary cost estimates from design plans.
Visit project sites to assess conditions.
Review and suggest improvements for project plans.
Attend design review meetings.
Analyze construction drawings and submit RFIs.
Request and evaluate subcontractor bids.
Develop project budgets using historical data and take-offs.
Handover projects to operations and assist as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5 years in estimating commercial, multi-family, or hospitality projects.
Ability to travel as needed.
