AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring a Copy Center Associate Near Boise, ID
- Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing tasks.
- Manage document imaging systems and handle related software.
- Utilize MS Office and email systems for opening, sending, and retrieving files.
- Maintain convenience copiers, troubleshoot issues, and notify technicians as needed.
- Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, applying necessary postage.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks.
- Provide copier maintenance and repair services at customer sites.
- Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and other building support functions.
- Ensure neatness and upkeep of copier areas and office supply stations.
- May be required to work occasional overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in print, mail, or technical operations.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic PC skills and experience with MS Office.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and occasional moving of heavy equipment.
