- Answer inbound calls, answer questions and review customer questions regarding billing
- Assist with managing contact information, update and maintain date while ensuring excellent customer service
- Assist with setting up accounts, ensure accurate information, payment plans as needed
- Prepare correspondence, reports
- Assist with general office support and special projects
- Cover the front desk as needed to answer phones and welcome guest
- Schedule and coordinate activities for field personnel, to turn on or off services
- Work in an independent and team setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Computers, data entry
- 2 years in a similar role/ call center experience
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
