As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support to ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree; additional certification in customer service or a related field is a plus
