AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring a Data Entry Near Salt Lake, UT
Accurately input data related to heat treating processes into the company database.
Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical records.
Generate and compile reports for analysis and review.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Identify and correct data discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform Additional Administrative Tasks As Required.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
Previous experience in a heat treating facility or industrial/manufacturing environment is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
