As the Executive Communications Associate, you will support a wide variety of communications

projects and initiatives within our executive communications program. This includes managing

projects, drafting and preparing materials, working with members of the media, and coordinating

logistics for high-profile external communication initiatives. As part of this role, you will work closely

with other functions including leadership, compliance, legal, product, and more.

Responsibilities:

● Track and manage logistics internally and externally with respect to our executive

speaking engagements

● Support the creation of executive communications plans, including narrative development

● Research and provide recommendations on where members of the team engage

externally, including conferences, speaking engagements, awards and more

● Work directly with members of the media to pitch, schedule, and manage logistics around

media interviews, including staffing appearances

● Provide content support to the communications team, drafting blog posts, pitches and other

various external-facing materials to align with comms initiatives and launches

● Organize key communications assets including bios, core narrative materials, and headshots

● Own and update executive communications trackers/calendars for major external executive

appearances

● Maintain databases that house statements, key data we use regularly

● Ensure briefing materials are consolidated in one organized place

● Support media trainings and briefings for spokespeople

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 2-3 years of full-time experience in public

relations/communications required

● Prior experience in financial services communications and/or technology strongly preferred

● Exceptional verbal communication, writing and editing skills

● Energetic self-starter and constant learner who is proactive, resourceful and works effectively

in a dynamic, collaborative environment

● Eagerness and aptitude to learn and explain broad subject matter quickly

● Good understanding of executive communications planning process

● Experience pitching and working directly with press is ideal

● Demonstrated project management skills with attention to detail

● Ability to work well under pressure; anticipate and adapt to continually changing workload

priorities; and effectively manage multiple tasks

● Must have excellent relationship-management skills and experience working across different

cross-functional teams
