In this role, you will be participating in moderately complex support services related to addressing brokerage complaints, account management, operations, documentation, customer service, and technical support.
30 days of onsite training- 5 days on/ 5 days remote after training is complete
M-F 7am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:

• Address brokerage complaints and work collaboratively with customers to achieve resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer support functional area.
• Review basic or tactical routine technical issues, challenges, applications, product conversions, and new product development.
• Present recommendations for resolving moderate to complex situations, exercising independent judgment while developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs.
• Provide information to customer service colleagues, relationship managers, internal partners, stakeholders, and customers to resolve customer issues.
• Serve as the first point of customer contact in providing support for routine technical questions and issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center, or equivalent.
• Series 7 License: Must be active or within a 2-year window for quick reactivation.
• Brokerage Operations Experience.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Verbal/Written Communication Skills.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
• Experience in resolving brokerage-related complaints.
