Maintain detailed records of daily data transactions, troubleshooting actions taken, and installation tasks.
Utilize technical manuals, collaborate with users, and perform computer diagnostics to investigate issues and deliver technical support effectively.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training.
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
