- Managing employee health plans.
- Completing and verifying I-9 forms and maintaining files.
- Assisting with employee background check processes.
- Assisting with preparation of employee performance review process.
- Photo copying, scanning, emailing, and filing employee information documents.
- Scheduling meetings requested by HR Director.
- Assisting with interviewing process.
- Assisting with any additional role related duties needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin.
