HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE ( MUST BE MINIMUM 1.5 HOURS radius within Santa Barbara )
SCHEDULE : Hybrid Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay : Starting $35-$45
Must haves :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting:
• Certifications such as CPA: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly respected.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Process accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulations.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Support audits and tax filings.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and review financial information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 Years Of Accounting Experience Preferred.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
