Job Overview:

Our client, a well-established insurance firm, is seeking a proficient Insurance Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with insurance management systems, particularly EZLynx, AMS, and ENS. This role involves quoting commercial insurance and managing both commercial and personal insurance portfolios. The position is fully office-based, requiring a hands-on approach to insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize EZLynx, AMS, and ENS systems effectively for insurance management.
• Handle commercial and personal insurance quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and process insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of both commercial and personal lines.
• Proficiency in using EZLynx, AMS, and ENS systems.
• Ability to quote commercial insurance accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
