AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring an IT Helpdesk Call Center Representative Near New York, NY

Call center seeks an IT Helpdesk person for the following tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, e-mails, and or chats from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
  • Provide L1 and or L2 support to callers
  • Engaging language translation services as needed, nine languages using a third party tool
  • Logging calls into the Service Now ticketing system
  • Researching required information using available resources such as knowledge base, workflows, and defined scripts
  • Identifying customer problems and following the script to provide resolution, recording details of comments, inquiries, and actions taken

Escalate priority issues to the Team Leads and Management for a successful resolution, routing created tickets to the appropriate L2/ L3/ L4 teams for resolution

Requirements:

  1. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO INTERVIEW ON Video as well as IN-PERSON
  2. Previous experience providing IT Helpdesk support by phone (AT LEAST 1 FULL year, but preferably 2 years)
  3. Strong communication skills, and professional customer service skills required,
  4. MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED This position will be located at a worksite which requires everyone to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
