Role Overview: In this role, you will assist individuals identifying the best health insurance products to meet customers unique needs. You will play a critical role in delivering sales, renewal, retention, and community penetration objectives at our Retail Center.
This is a temporary position from mid/end of July through either December 15th or January 15th.
Schedule:
- Training: Monday to Friday, typically 9am-5:30pm EST.
- Post-Training: Flexible schedule required, including evenings, nights, weekends, and/or company holidays. Shifts may vary between 8am-8pm EST, 7 days per week. You will work 5 days per week.
- Note: No time off is allowed during training or the open enrollment season.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
o 2-40 or 2-15 License (Florida) or state equivalent health insurance license.
- Successful completion of required background screening and fingerprinting.
- Flexibility: Ability to work any shift between 8am-8pm EST, 7 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 1 year of healthcare sales insurance experience in a call center setting.
