Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in professional communication with attorneys and mortgage professionals to manage post-closing inquiries and issues.
• Review Closing Disclosures for accuracy in fees and non-numeric details.
• Conduct in-depth research on loan documents and use online databases for information gathering.
• Update internal systems with detailed findings and action notes.
• Some roles may involve the preparation and management of physical documents for mailing.

Who We're Looking For:

• Individuals with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient in basic computer skills with an openness to learning new software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing high-volume phone interactions.
• Self-motivated to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in office settings, especially within loan, bank, or mortgage sectors, is beneficial but not required.
• College graduates who are eager to establish and advance their careers in the industry.
