The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing multiple marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time and within budget. They also work closely with other departments and/or clients to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives. The role involves organizing, assigning, and prioritizing tasks, providing regular updates to clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Coordination: Initiate, plan, assign, manage, and oversee multiple marketing projects.
- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks for the marketing team, ensuring clarity and adherence to project timelines.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their marketing needs and goals and you serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, deadlines, and potential issues; providing agency style account management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and content teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed KPI Reports to clients and internal stakeholders making recommendations for future projects.
- Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate necessary resources for project tasks, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and review project deliverables to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of marketing industry, with a focus on project management and execution.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software - Monday.com experience a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
