As a key leader, you'll oversee our administrative team, ensuring HR, bookkeeping, vendor management, and IT operations run smoothly. Your role:
As our Office Manager, you'll lead our administrative team with precision and expertise. Your responsibilities will include guiding HR functions from onboarding to compliance, managing bookkeeping tasks, overseeing vendor relationships, and maintaining IT systems. Your strategic approach will enhance productivity and streamline operations, contributing significantly to our organization's success.
Provide leadership and mentorship to our administrative team, nurturing professional growth and ensuring high performance.
Manage HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and policy compliance.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting.
Coordinate vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and procurement.
Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, addressing technical issues and managing software licenses.
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in office management or similar roles, showcasing effective leadership and results-driven performance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and accounting software is advantageous.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in HR, finance, and IT operations is desirable.
