We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual for a role as a Project Coordinator in the IT realm. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams.
Assist in project planning, organization, and scheduling.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor project progress and timelines.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure quality control.
Assist in creating Agile dashboards, roadmaps, and internal SharePoint sites.
Liaise with vendors to understand technology roadmaps and innovations.
Identify project risks, collaborate on mitigation strategies, and communicate issues to stakeholders promptly.
Ensure adherence to project management principles and Agile methodologies.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in project support roles.
Proficiency in PM tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of Information Technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
Highly organized with strong planning and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.
Research-oriented with a knack for technical knowledge acquisition.
