Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure quality standards and project timelines are adhered to.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are strictly followed.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
PMP certification is a plus.
