Regional Property Manager

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in commercial property management. As a Regional Property Manager, you will oversee multiple properties, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple commercial properties within the region
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
  • Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and capital improvement projects
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and lease administration
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Lead and mentor property management staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager with a focus on commercial properties
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and standards
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial reporting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
