Manage construction contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Lead the processing and management of RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and procurement strategies.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and resolving disputes as needed.
Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize procurement processes.
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in business or related field preferred plus 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in managing RFPs and RFQs. Background in operations within government, oil and gas, or construction industries preferred. Knowledge of GC and electrical construction processes is highly desirable. Experience with data centers or government projects is advantageous.
