Job Description:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our financial management processes. You will be responsible for daily transactional accounting duties, with a heavy emphasis on reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Report financial information to management, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Develop and implement accounting systems using cutting-edge technology, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, adhering to all payment and reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and partnering with accounts payable to resolve any bank differences.
• Prepare monthly recurring journal entries, business re-charges, loan interest and any additional accrual journal entries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
• 4 years of experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
