Staff Accountant will report to the CFO, and will oversee a team of accountants.
Pay will range from $60,000-75,000/year DOE

Duties Include :

• Oversight of AR, AP & payroll operations
• Coordinate accounting functions and programs ensuring efficiency
• Assist in account reconciliation and month-end close
• Develop revenue projections and forecast expenditure to optimize budget utilization
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets to keep financial plans on track
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts for accurate financial reporting
• Assist with annual audit preparations and investigate and resolve audit findings
• Address account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance promptly
• Contribute to the development or implementation of new programs or streamlining procedures
• Perform other accounting duties and support junior staff as required or assigned

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft & QuickBooks
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Consistent professionalism
• Ability to manage sensitive & confidential information
