Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a background in textiles, apparel, or soft goods to help us achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review ISUs and approved samples to ensure accuracy before issuing purchase orders to vendors; promptly address any missing information and pending approvals to prevent production delays.
• Negotiate minimum order quantities (MOQs), bulk order prices, and lead times with vendors to align with business objectives and margin goals; ensure timely processing of purchase orders and resolve issues related to vendor contracts.
• Issue fabric work orders for Outdoor programs; analyze and provide cutting instructions while resolving excess fabric issues to minimize loss and maximize profitability.
• Monitor and track major production milestones using various tools, including maintaining Work In Progress (WIP) reports; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Packaging, Logistics, and Manufacturers) to ensure product quality and timely delivery; keep the manager and sales team informed of any potential issues.
• Monitor purchase order shipment progress; ensure accurate and timely updates of PO statuses in the system until goods are received and closed.
• Forecast and analyze inventory replenishment needs to prevent overstock and out-of-stock situations.
• Communicate DI, FCA, and POE customer orders and shipment statuses to internal and external partners; follow up on missing shipping documents.
• Manage various sample requests for testing, inspection, and photoshoots, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the textile, home goods, or apparel industry.
• Buying experience is preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
• High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data sorting, filtering, pivot tables, lookups).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Quick learner, adaptable to changes.
